Having completed the Suicide Bereavement Training in December 2019, I have returned to my role inspired to try and set up a service within my Health Board. It doesn’t feel right that at the moment, all we can offer is signposting to other services, so it was pleasing to discuss the simple and practical things that I could do in my new role to support those bereaved by suicide in my local area.
